Pan seared Spot Prawn with Mango relish

 

Mixed Sweet Greens - fresh and dried fruit with a pecan White Burgundy Chardonnay Wine dressing “a symphonic blend of selected greens and fruit with a wine friendly dressing”

 

Seared  Sockeye Salmon  with a sliced marinated fennel and Romano polenta.  

Sliced Duck Breast served with a cherry merlot sauce atop roasted sweet potatoes.

Lemon geranium sorbet

 Strawberry with balsamic cabernet reduction, cracked tellicherry pepper and Sally Jackson cheese
