Exotic flavored sangria with white wine and Bartlett pears.

INGREDIENTS |
Yield: 1 large pitcher or
bowl.
2 Bartlett pears pealed, cored and diced
10 lemon wheels
1 bottle of Pinot Gris (white)
4oz triple sec
4oz Brandy
8oz ginger ale |
METHOD |

Combine all
ingredients in a large bowl and let site
for four to six hours, then refrigerate
for two hours min.

ASSEMBLY |

Use pitcher to serve, fill pitcher with ice and
sangria mixture.
Pour into glass wine goblets with crushed ice and a
mint sprig.
For additional flavor add extra diced pear as
garnish. |
