Sangria

DESCRIPTION



Exotic flavored sangria with white wine and Bartlett pears.

INGREDIENTS
Yield: 1 large pitcher or bowl.

2 Bartlett pears pealed, cored and diced
10 lemon wheels
1 bottle of  Pinot Gris (white)
4oz triple sec
4oz  Brandy
8oz ginger ale

METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and let site for four to six hours, then refrigerate for two hours min.
 

ASSEMBLY
 

Use pitcher to serve, fill pitcher with ice and sangria mixture.

Pour into glass wine goblets with crushed ice and a mint sprig.

For additional flavor add extra diced pear as garnish.
